SYNOPSIS

Content warning: violence, death, murder

Based on a 1960s film by the same name, this story follows two doctors, James and Sam, when an argument turns deadly.

MUSIC DESCRIPTION

Rapid eighth notes, as well as percussive phrases in the piano that double the rhythms of the vocal lines, lend a sense of urgency and drama to this scene between two eye doctor colleagues—one of which first struggles with, and then revels in, his recent diagnosis of x-ray vision.
