This website is operated by COR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to COR. COR offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or downloading or purchasing something from us, you engage our services  (“Services”) and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), which include those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. Fee Changes

Refunds

COR does not provide refunds for purchases on the Service]\.  If you have paid for and are unable to download a Product due to a fault of COR, a refund may be granted in the sole discretion of COR.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

Users may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin any posted content. COR has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant COR a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, produce, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public by telecommunications and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant COR and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify COR for all claims resulting from content you supply. COR has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. COR takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. COR takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service you grant COR the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. 

You agree that this license includes the right for COR to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.

Purchasers of digital musical files from the Service are entitled to use such files for their personal enjoyment and musical fulfillment. It may be sung/played in class, used for an audition, or learned to add to their repertoire. However, any duplication, adaptation, arranging, public performance, production, recording and/or transmission of this copyright protected music requires the written consent of the copyright owner(s) and of the publisher noted above. Unauthorized uses are infringements of the copyright laws of Canada and other countries and may subject the user to civil and/or criminal penalties.

License and Access to the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, COR, or its content providers, as applicable, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Services. Use of the Services that is not compliant with these Terms or with any applicable laws will be deemed misuse, and all access and licenses granted by COR or its content providers may be terminated if you do not comply with these Terms of Use or any Service Terms.

Product Descriptions

COR attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, COR does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by COR is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by COR.

COR. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that COR shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate use of your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless COR. and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to lawyer’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use of and access to the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall COR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Exclusions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to their  conflicts of laws provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
