MUSIC DESCRIPTION
A sparse composition anchored by occasional piano chords and the ever-present sound of a ticking clock. Using mostly spoken (rather than fully sung) vocal lines, a brief moment of dissonant conflict breaks out in an otherwise agonizingly minimalist scene, as a mother with dementia and her caregiver son both struggle with loss.
