SYNOPSIS

Across eight brief vignettes, couples experience small moments of frustration, miscommunication, and attraction.

MUSIC DESCRIPTION

The piano accompaniment ranges from Chopin quotations to cheerful, arpeggiated chords—as well as one instance of intentionally amateurish violin-playing—, emphasizing the hyperbole of the couples' various arguments and interactions.
